another super cute thing happened yesterday. a young woman was passing by the shop, licking a strawberry ice-cream cone. she excitedly walked in and with her french accent asked me 'could i take a picture of your little table and chairs outside? they are so cute'. i told her of course she could and she stood outside absolutely enthralled in capturing the empty seats.
she thanked me, and walked away. i walked outside a few minutes later and noticed something funny on the sidewalk--a puddle of pink. she had been so wrapped up in her photo she had dripped her ice-cream all over the sidewalk. i giggled.
